Where is GRIT-TV? Not on channel 803 or any other channel

I had GRIT-TV on 803.  As of September 1st  I have COMET  on that channel along with channel 818.  Both with the same program.  Customer service could not explain why and said  I should have GRIT-TV.  I do not. Please explain why and why we were not informed along with your customer service.
