Live TV, no sound bar. Maybe it's a built in feature on my Sharp Smart TV?
- KevinM2Former ModeratorDoes the volume increase during commercials? It's quite possible this could be related to your television. To be safe, I'd recommend reprogramming your Contour 2 remote to the television, http://bit.ly/2Yo0B1t. If the issue persists, you are welcome to exchange the remote at your local Cox Solutions store, free of charge.
