How is your B key programmed? Accessibility Settings > Remote Shortcut
Hi CuriousJ, I think we've all had the experience of sitting on our remotes at one point or another! The key to your question--and your answer--is "a voice speaking extremely fast". Voice Guidance offers 3 'Speech Rate' options; Regular, Fast, and Fastest. There are several ways to access the Voice Guidance settings, so we have several troubleshooting paths to choose from. You can speak "voice guidance" into your remote, you can speak "accessibility" into your remote, you can press the B button on your remote, and you can access the Settings menu as Bruce suggests: Contour button / Gear icon (Settings) / Accessibility Settings / Voice Guidance.
