Unable to watch recording made in past week.
Tried to watch 3 different movies recorded in the past week, but they stopped, jumped, they finally showed a message that there was an error. After resetting all TV’s one of the recording disappear...

Same issue here. So pissed right now. Pay all this extra money for nothing but a run around on blaming us for not knowing how to use their equipment. However, never really had any issues a good old fashioned restart or system refresh couldn't handle. But I've done several with no luck on being able to watch my recorded shows and Christmas movies.
