Unable to watch recording made in past week.

Tried to watch 3 different movies recorded in the past week, but they stopped, jumped, they finally showed a message that there was an error.  After resetting all TV’s  one of the recording disappeared, was in recently deleted, but still not able to view.  Watched a movie recorded before Thanksgiving, and had no problems with it. Problems appear to be with recording made after your upgrade on 12/11.  Upset that I am not able to watch Christmas movies that I recorded.  How do you fix?

    Same issue here. So pissed right now. Pay all this extra money for nothing but a run around on blaming us for not knowing how to use their equipment. However, never really had any issues a good old fashioned restart or system refresh couldn't handle. But I've done several with no luck on being able to watch my recorded shows and Christmas movies.

    Same issue here, I alsonreplied on another thread. I can't watch anything I've recorded, even something I recorded this afternoon.

    Same here.  Problem was first observed in September,  then became unbearable in November,  and is now the worst it has been.  They are aware but seem to be unable to address it.  This is ridiculous.

    I tested recorded items and 11/23 was ok, but unable to watch anything after that.  Getting worst daily.
