TV sound not synced

My Samsung Smart TV voice sound is not synced with mouth movement? Off about a second but recently noticeable.

You.  So, while your TV is powered but not in use (standby) and you launch Disney+, it gets out-of-sync?  However, if you only turn on the TV, it's good?

Have you ever reset the TV?

      On my Samsung I just hold the power button until it resets or reboots UN60KU6300
