The audio just stops? Is the audio from your TV speakers? I know you've ensured all firmware is up-to-date. Where does your TV gets its programming?
::edit:: Wait, who were you talking to, me or OP?
Yes, it happens if the TV has been in stand by for a long time. Mostly happens when using the built in apps like Disney+ but I think I have had the issue using blue-ray too. Hook up is simple, just the TV and a Sony BR player via HDMI.

Sometimes I can fix it by rebooting my TV

You. So, while your TV is powered but not in use (standby) and you launch Disney+, it gets out-of-sync? However, if you only turn on the TV, it's good?
Have you ever reset the TV?

How do you reset your TV?

Not out of sync, simply no audio. If I power cycle the TV it returns. By power cycle I mean unplug the power cord for 10 seconds and plug it back in. Haven't tried holding the power button down. Doesn't happen often. Maybe once a month. I also had a issue when I first hooked up the BR player. I made a post on it but can't find it. Had to factory reset then, which was a pain because you have to resync everything through their Samsung platform. Since then I haven't had the problem that I can recall but I don't use the TV that much.

The article I posted has different durations.
Yeah...I meant "no audio" but had sync on the brain.
