TV sound not matching picture
My tv sound and picture are not matching up? I’ve tried resetting cable box, turning off tv, unplugging everything and nothing works? Any suggestions or magic handshakes?

If it only occurs on one channel, it's probably an issue with the source network. (It seems to happen most often with CW). If it's on all channels, you probably have a signal issue, but you should check your TV audio settings and experiment with available options before scheduling a tech.
