It is interesting that you received the message about fewer tuners, but it works for you. Maybe a difference between the Bolt and the Roamio? I can see that only 5 tuners are working on mine.
Indeed, strange that Vecima TA is somehow limiting your tuners. Have you rebooted your Romeo a couple times to see if that works? I keep an eye on Reddit and various TiVo forums and will let you know if someone else has the same issue and has solved it. Good luck.
BTW, when I attempted to get new Vecima TAs from my Kingstowne, VA, Cox shop they said they'd sent their supply back because noone wanted them. Interesting because I was only emailed last week that these new TAs were needed. Had to order via phone from tech support.
