It is a show of complete incompetence that in over FIVE months, Cox has been unable to get this issue resolved. Why is it rebooting in the middle of the night, 3:50AM as well as multiple times during the day?? Why is the remote becoming unpaired during these reboots? Go ahead, Cox, tell me that they are working on it. Why did I lose two episodes of Jeopardy, this past week?? Why do I have to PAY History channel to see programs that you have been unable to give me??
