I'm quickly losing my enthusiasm for checking each TA daily. I have likely missed a few reboots over the reporting period. I'll continue to monitor and report. My motive is to keep this thread active and hold COX accountable for fixing this problem.
It's still unclear what is happening on the COX end. Despite assurances from the moderators that this problem is being worked, there have been no improvements. Makes me wonder if it is actually being worked and if so, at what priority.
