have panoramic and brand new router/modem for $25+ more a month.
we have the contour box. co-ax mini boxes work fine
the Contour is giving the instructions because we are having to reactivate the box everyday.. and the code to pair/unpair remote doesn't work.. Techs have given us a code that works but still have to reset EVERYDAY.. seems linked to the daily update of system..
We have (for an additional cost) complete care.
What's the make and model of the problematic box?
Contour button > Settings (gear icon) > Device Settings > Video Display...it should be the graphic in the middle.
Has any of these techs tested the signal going into your house? Contour has a diagnosis screen...it's kinda difficult to look at...but do you recall any tech displaying a chart of numbers on your TV screen? Contour boxes shouldn't take 30 minutes to reboot.
