Sound has been cutting out all day on MSNBC channel 1023

Picture is unaffected. Have gone through resetting everything, reseating cables Issue happens whether connected to TV coax antenna  input or via HDMI. Sound cuts out anywhere from a second to 4 or 5 seconds. Can happen multiple times a minute.

    Same problem here in San Diego - 1039 MSNBC - every few minutes sound drops for a few seconds

      Cox support says it's not a Cox problem it's a MSNBC problem
