Software Update Failure

Cox has been trying to update software since early this morning. Keep seeing message that update is in progress. Tech support was unable to resolve and now a tech can’t come out until tomorrow! Not happy!

    You can try to reset your cable box from your Cox account to cancel the current update and reload the software.

        If that doesn't work try unplugging the cable box power cord for 60 seconds.
