I anticipate Cox will replace my contour DVR. We have hundreds of shows we record over the year. Is there a way to save a list of what we record so we can add it to the new DVR? It is so hard to add all the shows back in. Especially when some shows aren't listed at the time. There has to be an easier way.
Programs recorded on your DVR will be lost when you replace it, but what you have setup to be recorded in your Series Manager should be retained and available for your next DVR. At least I believe that's how it works with Contour 1.
well I don't trust it, so I guess I'll do a bunch of screen captures of the list of shows. It is very time consuming to re-add all the shows. Thanks for your reply. Stay safe.
