We do not have any reports of an issue affecting our Contour receivers in your area and your Contour receivers are reporting good metrics. I would recommend checking your setting preferences to see what the Daily Update Time is set at.
To get to Setting Preferences:
1. Press the CONTOUR button on the Cox remote.
2. Use the right arrow to highlight the Settings gear icon, then press OK.
3. Press the down arrow and highlight Preferences, then press OK.
4. Use the down arrow to highlight General.
5. Use the down arrow to highlight Daily Update Time
You can change the time to what is convenient for you.
