Hi, I apologize your remote stopped working. When you press a button on the remote does any light come on at the top of the remote? I also recommend trying fresh batteries if you have not already. You can swap out the remote at a cox solution store or you can email us at cox.help@cox.com. Please include your name, full street address, and a link to your forum post
