Recording Time Extended for Sports Events

Every time I record a sports event, Contour automatically extends the recording time by 1 1/2 hours. I've already changed "Set Pad Recordings: to the OFF position. How can I stop this extended re...

Hi Rjd2633, our video engineers are investigating an issue where Contour 2 adds inconsistent amounts of time to live events and regular TV shows even when the Auto-Pad function is disabled. I replicated an example provided by another Forums member where a Contour 2 series recording of The Simpsons recorded for 2 hours each week instead of only 30 minutes. My husband has the same problem when recording his soccer games. It records for over 4 hours. Any idea when this will be fixed? It's very annoying. Thanks
