Receiver test report
When I run the Customer Support / Receiver test report I get "Problems Found" with the connectivity test 1, Test name, Connection to cox servers Problem detected
10.1.7.2. Current value: 33.2
We have issues with the picture going to black screen for a few seconds. But we never lose the sound. We have had the receiver replaced and replaced all the coax to and from everywhere behind equipment. The only cable not replaced is the line from the box outside the house that runs through the attic.
What is the problem?
