Hi Okiebirdnerd. Does this happen on a specific channel or any channel? Have we sent a signal to reset the cable receiver? The best solution is to schedule a service call. This way the technician will be able to determine what needs to be done. Thanks, Lisa - Cox Support Forums Moderator
