To 202685t Can you try scheduling a recording of the show Becky or Greg showed in their screenshots to see if the problem is the channel/show you are trying to record? If it doesn't work, can you show a screenshot of what you see when you go there? It is important when troubleshooting that you are comparing apples to apples.
Also, you may want to remove the solution marker, as my question didn't end up leading to the solution and the question is ongoing.
