I had same problem. Had to get a new box. So lost all my previously recorded shows. They put me on the cloud so in future will not lose shows when I get a new box. Hate the new box. When you pause a show, 15 minutes later it is running again. Old box would pause for more than an hour. And new box has NO clock.
