A Cox technician came out today, and replaced all the connections at the main neighborhood box and the one right outside our house. He also checked the wiring inside the house, which he said was in excellent condition. We had good service until around 8 pm, then spotty connections until now at 10:30 with no service. I give up. If a technician can’t fix what else can we try. We know it’s not the individual connections or box, because they all go down at the same time. What the heck can they do to fix it. I’ll email my concern, but this is not worth the money I pay Cox for service after 20+ years.
