Rate increases??
I guess I would ask what sense it makes to increase your prices at the current status of our economy/employment. The only term I can come up with is Heartless. Cox Standard?

I just got off the phone too with customer service and they can't give me a straight answer as to why my bill has gone up $10
you do realize the increase was most likely approved well ahead of this don't you?
