The coaxial on the box does not output in HD AFAIK. See thread here where you even said so.
"You won't get HD via coax. You'll get HD via Component but it appears none of these units have Component."
...and beneath my post, I wrote "could" put out HD. Whether any of these boxes are engineered to output HD via its coax is one thing but coax can support HD.

Come on, you know what I was talking about. Coaxial in general can deliver HD via OTA but not via the boxes coaxial output. I think you are still grumpy over the last debate we had. Would it help if I apologized? ๐

OTA signals are different than cable-company signals. OTA HD is designed for antennas with coax and not encrypted, compressed, etc.
Did you edit your post I was replying? I thought I read, "coaxial doesn't support HD" or something like this. I did understand what you meant for troubleshooting but the signal may not output due to HDCP. I don't know; I've never tested it.
What debate?

What debate?
Maybe debate is the wrong word. You didn't like me stating my political opinions on OANN and you were right. This is not a forum for political discussion. I am sorry. ๐
