Poor Service

You service and new cloud boxes are terrible.   First, Thanksgiving weekend, cable was off from 4pm Wednesday to 3pm on Thursday - missing the Thanksgiving football game.  

Second, your cable box schedule was off by hours.   My recording of the West Point football game started 3 hours after the correct time.    

Third, my DVR recording will not play back - I get all kinds of incorrect messages - all resulting in no playback.    

I have never seen such poor service from Cox at such a high cost!  

What should I do?
