Phoenix (Gilbert) Bandwidth Issues

My Gilbert service is less than advertised and paid for service. Streaming apps like Netflix, HBO/MAX drops movies and app repeatedly. Also during any peak time, my service drops HD and defaults to a small 16:9 screen. This is substandard and not addressed. The recordings also have issues. Also during these times, my upgraded high-speed internet is not the service I'm paying for.

COX Corporation please reply or investigate this area. Watching movies or series in SD along with a black box frame 6" wide is not acceptable. And the buffering rotating arrow...I havent seen that since Century Link service...LOL. COX even had a commercial about the buffering rotating arrow on TV making fun of it, and now I see it every evening on COX provided home entertainment. I am afraid the quality and robustness of COX service and products are trending the wrong way, but the price just keeps going up? What are you going to do for me, and everyone else?
