Pause Feature: January, 2020 Contour Ultimate Package

I am a brand new customer and when I try to "Pause" a live TV Program, it only pauses for a couple of seconds and starts playing again.  This is very annoying.  Verizon FIOS (my previous provider) is engineered much better.
