Online TV Listing Glitch
Every few weeks (like NOW) when I try to record a program while viewing the listings online, I'm told that I don't have any Cox services. Since I'm now paying you in the range of $240 every month, that's pretty annoying. I logout and login in again but that doesn't help. This isn't a show stopper or anything but I like the convenience of being able to set programs to record from my laptop while I'm looking over the evening's programming. Please fix it.
