On Demand works for 15 min and shuts off how do you get any help around here.

You have to go to a forum for help? Rebooted.  Internet is slow as snot to this site. Omaha, NE why pay a premium for this? I have to plug in the fire sticks ..

      No error codes on mine last night when the same thing happened to me! Very frustrating to be into a program and then it cuts off and returns to a previously viewed channel!
