On Demand has only a black screen
My Cox On Demand has only a black screen, but audio works great. It's like On Demand radio. What can be wrong?

Is this happening on all HD boxes that access On Demand in your home, and all titles? Also, if the playback issue is happening with a On Demand show or title, please share the path you take to view the On Demand program, and we can investigate this for you.
