No audio for red sox game tonight on NESN with Cox in Rhode Island. What is the problem?
Thanks. I agree, both SAP and Audio description were OFF...not the issue...the digital feed from NESN was the problem and it has been resolved...thanks everyone. The issue was with NESN....all other channels were working fine!

Verify both SAP and Audio Description are Off.
When Audio Description is On, language may still be English, but audio quality can be degraded, even when the channel being broadcast doesn't have Audio Description.
