MOCA Keeps Turning Off

The MOCA feature of my panoramic WIFI continually disables which takes down both my wireless cable boxes.  I have to log in the back end of the system continually and enable it.  Why does this keep turning off?  And without it, why will my wireless TV boxes not work?

      Thank you.  Very frustrating.  I have to enable it 2-3 times a day.  I will reach out now.
