MIni box issue
My mom has 2 mini boxes. Recently, both of them do everything except turn the TV on/off. They have been reprogrammed and still won't turn on/off.

Hi JoanneP. If you have reprogrammed the remote to the TV and it still won't turn the TV off/on. You may need to get new remotes, which you can swap out at the local retail store. - Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator
