Max Not Working
It looks like this is an ongoing issue as I found the same topic in a year old discussion - not resolved. I tried to access Max using the Contour box.... no go. I restarted the box.... no go Sinc...

Same thing for me. But both Max and Apple plus both stopped at the same time. I believe it has something with app sharing. I had the message Do you want to share with Netflix. Since then apple and Max cannot login. Search on my name to find detailed description in another stream. I am an ex Cox tech support person for 4 years so you can reach out to me
I'm getting the "content not available" error message. I don't have Apple so I don't know about that. I can log in without problem though.
