We noticed our MAX was not working on the 14th of August, 2024. Same day we could not sign in to Apple+ and on the 16th Paramount+ would not show content.
The Error Message for Apple+ is either "Something went wrong. Try again Later" OR "Check your Internet Connection."
The Error Message for Max and Paramount+ is "CONTENT NOT AVAILABLE...The Content you request is not available. Please try again later."
Here is the message I sent to Cox Help Email Address a few minutes ago and am waiting to see what the response/suggestion is:

1. — Can’t sign into Apple+ on the Contour Box. This started on 14 August 2024
2. — Max and Paramount Plus open to their “home page” but selecting any show and we receive a message stating “Content can't be displayed”. This started on 16 August 2024
Netflix and Prime Video worked as of this email
Actions taken to date include:
— The Contour Box has been reset via the Contour Help Screen 4 times
— The Contour Box has been unplugged for 30 seconds and plugged back in 7 times
— The Locally Stored Data has been deleted 3 times
— Cox Chat Staff have “reset and rebooted the boxes remotely” 1 time
Any help in restoring the capability for us to stream 3rd party Apps on the Contour Box will be greatly appreciated
NOTE — The Apps work on our NON-Cox computers, phones, and tablets so we know our passwords and accounts are current and good standing
