Low sound

Just connected a new Samsung smart TV to my Contour mini-box. It is the same exact TV that was connected  returned because of an overheating issue. For some reason the volume is now unusually low. Previously I watched the firstTV with the Cox remote volume setting on 16, but now I need it on 36-40. Please help. Thanks.

    Have you check the setting volume on the TV. Use the Samsung remote press menu, sound, additional settings or speaker that's should be where you can check the volume. settings.

        Would you be able to swap the receiver to a different television to see if the audio issue can be replicated on another television? You may have to contact Samsung for additional support:
