Are all receivers impacted or only one receiver? Does an error code appear on the screen? Generally, rebooting devices only add temporary relief for signal-related issues. Do you have a splitter in the home? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator

I do have a splitter. One end to the cable box and the other to the internet/phone modem
- Allan6 years agoModerator@Susuknitter, Is it possible to temporarily bypass the splitter to see if that helps? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

It does help. But then I don’t have internet access
- KevinM26 years agoFormer ModeratorTo confirm, when the splitter was removed, you are no longer experiencing local channels cutting in and out? By removing the splitter, this temporarily disables the internet service, however, this helps us to determine if the issue may be related to the splitter. If the issues involving your Cable TV have been resolved, then I suggest replacing that splitter, as it may be faulty. Splitters can slowly degrade over time or simply fail without warning. -Kevin
