Letter from Cox states I get Starz free for 1 year when I update to Contour. Update is complete - how do I get Starz activated for free?

Free Starz for 1 year with Contour update - how?

    I called support and they updated my account to get Starz free.  Very good and fast response to my issue!!!

    I remember a free-preview weekend of Starz.  It was like opening a box of forgotten VHS tapes from the 90's.  Awful channel.  Enjoy!
