KDTV ch 13, and LATV ch 15, UNWATCHABLE!

These 2 Spanish broadcasting stations are assigned to computer assign commercial breaks 😳  its VERY frustrating when trying to watch ANY show or worse yet breaking NEWS ( MILENIO) ch 13. I've called COX to no avail! They have ZERO CLUE as to what I'm saying. Channel 14  ESTRELLA  TV was also included, but they switched to  online shopping, and it's NEVER interrupted by a stupid out of place commercial.  🙄
