Ida rather have another provider.

2.5 weeks since Hurricane Ida and my cable is still not right. Wasted over an hour with support today for nothing.

      We are nearing a month and Cox just gives us the same run around every call. Pretending to care, then saying they have no resolution time. Now if we stay I am sure we will have our Bill's increase. At least you had some service this month.
