Solved

I could access cnn go on my computer until last week. Now I can't open it at all I get an error message which flashes on the screen m

as above. Can't get cnn GO to come up since last week.

    "an error has occurred. Click OK to refresh.

    Nether clicking nor refreshing works, I get stuck in the loop. thanks for help.

    Hi Zorkel 1, please provide the full text of the error message that is displayed. Also, what internet browser are you using to access https://go.cnn.com on your computer? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

        Hi Zorkel 1, it sounds like you may be using Internet Explorer. I tested CNNgo.com using Internet Explorer 11. After I choose Cox as my provider, I get an HTTP Status 500 error. I have submitted an escalation ticket to get this resolved. In the meantime, consider using the Chrome internet browser. Using Chrome, I'm able to choose Cox as my provider, then sign into CNNgo.com with my Cox Primary User ID and password without any difficulty. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
