Hi Zorkel 1, please provide the full text of the error message that is displayed. Also, what internet browser are you using to access https://go.cnn.com on your computer? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

- Becky7 years agoModeratorHi Zorkel 1, it sounds like you may be using Internet Explorer. I tested CNNgo.com using Internet Explorer 11. After I choose Cox as my provider, I get an HTTP Status 500 error. I have submitted an escalation ticket to get this resolved. In the meantime, consider using the Chrome internet browser. Using Chrome, I'm able to choose Cox as my provider, then sign into CNNgo.com with my Cox Primary User ID and password without any difficulty. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

no, using edge.. It seems related to a recent update. Is that possible and how would I fix it since I will eventually have to update?
