Hi. The show that we are seeing this on is “Love It Or List It”. We access the series on demand by choosing “On Demand” from the Contour menus and we search under “recent TV”. We then choose an episode from the list and choose to play it. As far as we can tell, this is the only show we watch via On Demand where this resolution issue occurs.
