Help

My tv is stuck on the cox information screen and the channel won't change.

  • Hi Magloire,

    I'm sorry that the box seems to be frozen. Is volume and other TV functions working with the remote? If so, a reboot of the box may be needed. You can do this manually by unplugging the box and plugging it back in, or you may be able to have it reset directly through the Cox app.

    I have tried that and I still am stuck on the cox information screen.

      You didn't say, but I will assume it worked in the past.  Try unplugging the mini-box and leaving it unplugged for a few hours.  They have an issue with overheating.  That may fix your issue.  If it does but the issue re-occurs, you may have to unplug it while it's not being used, maybe overnight.
