My tv is stuck on the cox information screen and the channel won't change.
Hi Magloire,
I'm sorry that the box seems to be frozen. Is volume and other TV functions working with the remote? If so, a reboot of the box may be needed. You can do this manually by unplugging the box and plugging it back in, or you may be able to have it reset directly through the Cox app.
