has anyone had their ON DEMAND stop working?

I have made 6 phone calls to Cox.  I have had 2 technicians come out to the house.  No one at Cox knows how to fix this!

      I haven't had ON DEMAND for eleven days.  I have two open tickets and no one in Atlanta in the tier 3 group has started working on this problem.

        @Chetchy, Are you getting any error messages when trying to access the On Demand service? Also, is this happening with all tvs in the home or just one? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
