Hallmark Drama 528 not coming through on cable card

Two months ago Cox moved channel 528 from Variety Pak to Essential.

It comes through on my mini-boxes, but not my cable card. I’m in Tulsa,  but my brother’s cable card devices in Owasso have the same problem, so it’s not in the set-up in my home.

I’ve spent a lot of time on the phone, and Cox has sent people out several times to check connections.

What will it take for Cox to fix this?
