Fox NFL game SF vs Lions on channel 11 being broadcast in Spanish
This same thing happened for the first hour of the NBC game last Thursday night

Same here. on KTTV Fox11 the 49ers/Lions game play by play is in spanish, but everything else is english. I have no other channel doing this and this never did this before.
This guy posted a fix for the game being broadcast in Spanish and it worked for me...
