OK, so it's not a wifi TV box. Do you have more then 1 box? If so, does it affect all boxes? Also, can you explain the issue in detail? Glitchy? Like tiling? Or is it slow to react when you press a button on the remote?
My guess is this has something to do with routing the traffic from Comcast(where the cloud DVR servers now are) into Cox's network. Could be routing issues, or congestion issues or firewall issues.
